The Service integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn via their official APIs.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates any platform's terms of service.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.

5. Social Media Integrations

When you connect third-party accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), you:

• Authorise us to publish content on your behalf using those accounts.
• Remain solely responsible for all content published through the Service.
• Must comply with the terms of service of those third-party platforms.
• Acknowledge that we are not responsible for any actions taken by those platforms regarding your account.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate content, suggestions, and insights. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. We retain all rights to the platform, software, and underlying technology.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
